An AI embassy to the external world.
Embasix represents your team across every external partner, agency, and service provider you work with. It speaks for itself on outreach, tracks every commitment through delivery, and reports back with full visibility on cc. The authority, the budget, and the relationship all stay with you.
We know this world from both sides.
We've sat on both sides of the table. Pushing for deliverables as buyers, fielding repeat questions as vendors. What we wanted was simple: to do good work with good partners, be on the same page, and stop losing Wednesdays to status calls.
Back and forth. Check-ins. Follow-ups. Syncs to confirm syncs. All of it drains the part of the job that's actually satisfying. Picking the right partner. Getting what was agreed. The pleasure of watching a project land clean.
We built Embasix so the work feels like that again.
Built by people who know the work.
Deep experience on both sides of vendor operations, brought together to solve a problem we've lived.
How we think about building this.
A few things we believe strongly enough to build around.
Why "Embasix."
The name comes from "embassy." An embassy exists so a country doesn't have to show up in every conversation itself. Diplomats carry the official messages, hold the paperwork, protect the relationship, and file the reports the capital can act on. The head of state doesn't write cables.
That's the shape of Embasix in the external world. Your team sets the policy: the brief, the budget, the call on who wins. Embasix runs the diplomatic work. The outreach, the comparisons, the change requests, the reminders, the records. Counterparties deal with something consistent and professional. You deal with something that actually works.
